Yes. To order tickets as a gift, proceed with checkout as usual. When the
screen prompts you to enter your Shipping Address, enter the address of the
person you would like the tickets to go to. Your name does not appear on the
tickets, so feel free to send them to yourself and give them as a gift.

Please contact us via email in order to change the name.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with
the details of your order. The e-mail will contain all the information regarding
your purchase, including your row and seat number. If you did not receive a confirmation email from us, 1) it might get into your spam box, or 2) your payment did not go through.

Will Call is the ticket box located at each of the venues. When you select
the Will Call option for delivery, you may pick up your tickets at the door
of the event. Your tickets will not be mailed to you.

To pick up your tickets, please bring your ID. Simply present it at the Will
Call window and receive your tickets.

No. All purchases are non-refundable. In the case of an event cancellation,
however, a refund will be issued to you in a timely manner according to our policies.

If you chose to have your tickets shipped to you by mail, your order will
be processed and shipped within next business day.
